FHA Loan

Our access to different loans allows us to be nimble and comprehensive with financing for acquisitions, refinances, new construction, substantial rehabilitation for market rate, affordable and mixed income multifamily properties.
Bridge Loans
We offer a competitive Multifamily Bridge Loan Program aimed at providing customers with shorter-term financing solutions as a bridge to closing on an agency or life company execution. Our program is best for deals between $25MM to $50MM with a maximum leverage ratio of 75% as well as light transitional multifamily properties that need up to $20,000/unit of renovations or new properties being leased up.
Life Company
Our long-standing relationships with numerous life insurance company investors gives us flexibility during the term of your loan. We understand how best to work with balance sheet lenders to secure the right financing solutions for permanent and construction/permanent multifamily properties. These loan sizes range from $2MM to $300MM+.
Affordable Housing
We specialize in providing the liquidity for construction and bridge financing, as well as loan options through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA.
