Head of Closing and Delivery

Wendy joined M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC) in 2020 as the Head of Closing and Delivery. Earlier, Wendy worked at Barings Multifamily Capital, Walker & Dunlop, and CW in all aspects of closing and delivery management.

She has over 25 years of experience in commercial, structured finance, affordable housing, HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan financing, as well as in closing and delivery. Wendy specializes in affordable housing programs offered by conventional and agency lenders. Her background also includes extensive accounting experience with an additional 10 years of experience in investment management and accounting.

Wendy attended Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts.
