Business Strategy & Transformation Director

Sarah Hudak is the Business Strategy & Transformation Director for M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC). In this role, she is responsible for shaping the long-term direction of the business, leading strategic planning and capability building to strengthen M&T RCC’s competitive positioning and support sustainable growth.

With more than 18 years of experience in commercial banking and credit leadership, Sarah has deep expertise in navigating complex financial environments. Since joining M&T Bank in 2007, she has held a range of roles across relationship management, credit underwriting, and enterprise transformation. Most recently, she served as Director of Credit Product Delivery Support in Commercial Administration, where she led initiatives to modernize credit processes, enhance risk governance, and improve execution across the commercial credit lifecycle.

Sarah has also served as a Senior Credit Officer and Relationship Manager, supporting middle market clients and overseeing complex credit structures, portfolio management, and new originations. Her experience spans credit risk, operating model design, and large-scale organizational transformation.

Sarah earned her MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from Villanova University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Lafayette College.
