Chief Asset Manager

Rich joined M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC) as chief asset manager in 2023. With over 30 years of experience in multifamily asset management, he leads the asset management team and oversees the operations and management of the RCC servicing portfolio, which includes over 1,700 loans and $33 billion in assets. Prior to joining M&T RCC, Rich was a senior vice president on the Agency Finance Asset Management team at Capital One, where he managed the Centralized Processes team and oversaw Agency special asset management activities. He has also held senior positions at Newmark (formerly Berkeley Point Capital/Berkshire Mortgage), and MNC Mortgage Corporation.

Rich holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Kalamazoo College in Michigan and is based in Baltimore. He is actively involved with the Mortgage Bankers Association, having attained the Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicer (“CCMS”) designation, and has served as the developer and instructor for MBA Multifamily Property Inspection courses.
