Agency Capital Markets Director

Michael is the Agency Capital Markets Director M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC), where he oversees the capital markets team and is responsible for MBS Investor Relations, loan pricing, trading, and key capital markets initiatives to support originations across the platform.

Before joining M&T RCC, Michael spent five years at Capital One as a senior manager on the Agency Capital Markets team, where he focused on pricing and trading multifamily securities. He played a crucial role in developing technology innovations for the agency team and led collaborative efforts across business lines. Additionally, Michael was an active member of Capital One’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging group, co-leading the events workstream planning panels and external speakers throughout the year.

Prior to his tenure at Capital One, Michael was a Freddie Mac Multifamily producer in its Northeast Regional office, overseeing originations and the underwriting process for multiple lender relationships, generating over $2 billion in annual volume.

He holds bachelor’s and Master of Business Administration degrees from The Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University in New York City, as well as a master’s degree in real estate finance from New York University.
