Zach is a Managing Director at M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC) and is based in Buffalo, N.Y. With more than 11 years of experience in multifamily financing, Zach has successfully closed over $1 billion in commercial mortgages. At M&T RCC, he is responsible for originating agency, FHA, conduit/CMBS, and life company loans across the U.S.

Before joining M&T RCC, Zach worked at Lument, formerly Hunt Real Estate Capital, where he served as a director for four years, focusing on agency originations and balance sheet lending nationwide. In 2017, he was named Rookie of the Year among all new hires at Lument. Prior to his tenure at Lument, Zach structured and arranged commercial debt and equity terms for investors on hundreds of transactions while working with a Buffalo mortgage banking firm.

Zach holds a bachelor’s degree from Niagara University and is a graduate of the University of Buffalo’s Master of Urban Planning program, with a specialization in community development and urban management.
