SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Shane serves as a Senior Vice President of Loan Originations at M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC).  Shane brings two decades of multifamily lending experience, with deep expertise in agency loan programs, affordable housing transactions, and complex portfolio financings. 

Before joining M&T RCC, Shane spent 20 years at Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital, in progressively senior roles across Wells Fargo and its predecessor firms – Wachovia Multifamily Capital and American Property Financing.  During his tenure, he originated and underwrote billions of dollars in multifamily loans via Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and bridge/balance sheet executions, consistently exceeding goals and supporting some of the firm’s largest client relationships.

Shane earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting, from Fairfield University.
