Michael serves as a Senior Vice President of M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC). Michael is a loan officer providing debt solutions through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, bridge, and other products for commercial property owners, specializing in multifamily housing. Prior to joining M&T RCC, Michael focused on financial due diligence, underwriting, and asset management for a CMBS platform based in New York City. Earlier, he held positions for a Dublin, Ireland-based private equity firm focused on distressed debt and equity investments.

In 2024, Michael was named in the New York Real Estate Journal’s “Ones to Watch Rising Stars.” He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Rhode Island, and an MSc Finance from University College Dublin.
