John has over 25 years of experience in commercial mortgage debt origination and is currently the Regional Sales Manager for M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC), focused on debt origination in the NJ, NYC, CT, Long Island, and Westchester, NY territories. He joined the firm in 2011, and has contributed to growing the platform substantially over the past several years. An expert in all debt executions, John and his team have deep relationships with M&T RCC’s correspondent life insurance companies, along with its direct lending capabilities with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA HUD, as well as its national bridge lending platform for multifamily properties.

John received his bachelor’s degree in English from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont.
