Eli Avart is a Senior Vice President at M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC), based in the Radnor, Pennsylvania office. In his role as a loan officer, Eli delivers comprehensive debt solutions across a wide range of capital sources, including Life Insurance Company Correspondent lending, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, and M&T RCC bridge loans.

Eli’s commercial real estate financing expertise spans all major asset classes and transaction sizes, allowing him to tailor capital structures to meet the specific needs of his clients. Prior to joining M&T RCC, Eli worked as a Real Estate Account Analyst on the Customer Experience team at LINK Logistics, where he primarily supported the firm’s Top 25 National Accounts.

Eli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
