Daniel is a Senior Vice President in the Mid-Atlantic Region for M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC). With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, he is responsible for originating multifamily loans nationwide. Since joining M&T RCC in 2013, Daniel has originated over $3.5 billion of agency, bridge, and balance sheet loans. Prior to joining M&T RCC, he worked in M&T Bank’s CRE group as well as M&T’s Special Assets group. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Towson University in Maryland, and a Master in Business Administration degree from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
