Andrew Cohen serves as Senior Vice President of Loan Originations at M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC) and brings over 15 years of multifamily financing experience. As Senior Vice President of Loan Originations, Andrew leverages his extensive background in national Agency loan originations to serve clients across the country.

Prior to joining M&T RCC, he was Executive Director at Wells Fargo’s Multifamily Capital Group, where he originated more than $1 billion in loans five years, spanning Affordable, Student, Seniors and Conventional Housing sectors.

Andrew graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelors of Science in Regional Development.
