Life Company and Structured Finance Platform Manager

Kevin is an Executive Managing Director and the Life Company and Structured Finance Platform Manager for M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC). An industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, he is responsible for originating commercial mortgage loans for 25+ life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, and debt fund investors. Kevin also manages M&T RCC’s longstanding origination relationships with over 20 investors, as well as a loan servicing portfolio of over $4 billion.  

Kevin joined M&T RCC in 2017 via the acquisition of Carey, Kramer, Pettit, Panichelli & Associates. Earlier, he was an associate in the Corporate Value Consulting group at Arthur Andersen LLP (now  Andersen Global) and began his commercial real estate career as an investment analyst in the commercial mortgage banking group at Legg Mason Real Estate Services, which was subsequently acquired by Northmarq. 

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania.
