Head of National Production

Joe is the Head of National Production for the M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s off-balance sheet lending platform which includes placements with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, life companies, debt funds, and CMBS as well as M&T’s on-balance sheet multifamily bridge platform focused on transitional and lease-up multifamily assets across the country. Under his leadership, M&T RCC originates approximately $6 billion in loans annually. Prior to joining M&T RCC in 2022, Joe was a group manager in the New York City commercial real estate department at M&T Bank, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, negotiating, and closing highly complex commercial real estate loans for the bank’s $8 billion New York City commercial real estate portfolio.

Joe earned his MBA and a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is president of the Real Estate Lenders’ Association’s New York City Chapter and a board member of Habitat for Humanity New York City’s Community Fund, whose mission is to serve low-income and underserved communities.
