Chief Underwriter

James, "Jimmy," currently serves as the Chief Underwriter for M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC) and has been in this role since 2018. He specializes in conventional Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions and is responsible for managing the loan process and minimizing credit risk. Jimmy first joined M&T RCC in 2012, when he began his journey as an underwriter, later transitioning to credit managing director and deputy chief underwriter in 2013 and 2015, respectively. Before joining M&T RCC, Jimmy spent 13 years at Alliant Capital LLC, where he held positions as an agency underwriter and deputy chief underwriter from 1999 to 2012.

Jimmy holds a bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University in Maryland.
