Chief Financial Officer

Dave Eidman is the Chief Financial Officer of M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC) where he oversees the finance and accounting functions of the company.

Dave is an experienced finance professional with over 25 years of banking and financial services experience. Prior to joining M&T RCC, he spent 7 years with M&T Bank Corporation (M&T) in various roles in Corporate Finance and Corporate Development, most recently as Senior Vice President focused on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments.

Before joining M&T, Dave worked for Empire Valuation Consultants (Empire) for 13 years overseeing and performing valuations of debt, equity, intangible assets, and real estate for a variety of purposes including transaction advisory, financial reporting, lending, and gift & estate tax reporting, among others. He provided and directed valuations for public and private companies, high net worth individuals, and asset managers with combined AUM over $6 trillion. Prior to Empire, Dave spent 7 years at Lyons National Bank in various positions in retail and commercial banking.

Dave serves on the boards of directors of M&T RCC and M&T Community & Environmental Development Corp., M&T’s merchant banking subsidiary that focuses on funding renewable energy tax credit investments. He earned his MBA and bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
